Vendors, $50 for Friday and Saturday OR donate a Basket. Must receive this form by August 11th. Space can be approximately 15 feet by 15 feet. 20 feet by 40 feet for food. The park will not provide tables, chairs, canopies etc.. The vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers. The vendor understands that spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The vendor agrees to set up and dismantle their space within the specified time frames. I hereby release and forever discharge Carrolltown American Legion Park and/or organizers and/or staff and/or help from any responsibility, claims, loss, or damage while at the event.
